Kusyuk ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Addien mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you create an account using "Sign in with Google," we collect the following information:

  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)

This information is necessary for account creation and authentication.


b. App Usage Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymized usage data, such as:


  • Session duration
  • Feature interactions
  • Crash reports


This helps us improve the App’s performance and user experience.


c. Files and Media

  • The App requires access to media files (audio/video) and external storage to:
  • Read and cache PDF files for note-taking functionality.
  • Store downloaded files locally for offline access.
  • No media files are uploaded to our servers unless explicitly initiated by you (e.g., saving to Firebase).


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:


  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide core functionalities (e.g., CRUD operations via Firebase).
  • To analyze app performance and fix issues.
  • To send notifications (e.g., reminders or updates).


3. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:


  • Internet: To connect to Firebase and sync data.
  • Read/Write External Storage: To download, cache, and manage PDF files.
  • Media Access (Audio/Video): To support file-related features.
  • Notifications: To send alerts or reminders.
  • Exact Alarms & Boot Completed: For scheduling and restoring notifications.
  • Vibrate: To provide haptic feedback.


No permissions are used for undisclosed purposes.


4. Data Storage and Security

All account data (name, email, phone) is stored securely in Firebase Authentication/Firestore.

Downloaded files are cached locally on your device and can be deleted via the App or device settings.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.


5. Third-Party Services

The App uses:


  • Google Sign-In: For authentication.
  • Firebase: For backend services (Auth, Firestore).
  • Google Analytics: For anonymized usage tracking.

The App is free and does not:

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@kusyuk.com.

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you upon completion. Some data may be retained where required by law. Data Access: You can review or update your account information within the App.

Data type: all data related to your account, including registered email, will be deleted and cannot be recovered.


8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified of significant changes via the App or email.
