GoVPN: Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the user\'s use of the VPN services that we provide (the "Service") and their associated website (the "Site"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Go VPN (the "Go VPN"). Go VPN may update the Terms from time to time without notice.
Any changes in the Terms will be incorporated into a revised Agreement that we will post on the Site. Unless otherwise specified, such changes shall be effective when they are posted. 

1. Usage Policy 

The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the user\'s use of this service. The user further agrees that the user, or anyone using the service under the user account, will not engage in any of the following activities, and any of the following activities constitute grounds for termination of the user's account: 

1.1 Sending unsolicited advertisements or content ("spam") over the Service, via e-mail or any other communication channel. 
1.2 Sending, transmitting, or receiving any illegal content over the Service, including but not limited to child pornography, whether via e-mail, peer-to-peer file sharing, or any other electronic communication channel. 
1.3 Attempting to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e. any form of Hacking). 
1.4 Using the Service for anything other than a lawful purpose. 


Violating this Usage Policy may result in termination of the user\'s account, without any refund of amounts previously paid for the Service. Additionally, the user may be held responsible for any and all damages incurred by Go VPN, including any amounts charged by any outside entity due to said violations(s), including without limitation attorny\'s feed and costs. 

Go VPN enables the user to download software, software update or patches, or other utilities and tools onto the user\'s smartphone or internet-enabled device. Go VPN grants a limited license to use this software solely for the purpose stated by Go VPN and made available for the user to use in accordance with these Terms. Any act of modifying, distributing to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or otherwise using the software in any way not expressly authorized by Go VPN, is strictly prohibited. 


2. Privacy Policy

Go VPN is committed to the user's privacy, we will not collect the user\'s personal identifying information, nor will collect traffic data or browsing activity from individual users connected to Go VPN. By abiding with the fair use policies.

Go VPN may collect the following information: 

2.1 Device information (i.e. OS version, model, and not limited with information default requirement by Google Analytics and AdMob) 
2.2 App version 
2.3 Times connected with Go VPN service, and the total amount of data transferred per day

Go VPN may send diagnostic data to the third-party analytic providers as in 2.1 and 2.2 for the purpose of identifying errors and possible bugs within our application and for the ads services. Information 2.3 is required by the VPN servers to provide the best possible network experience. 

In addition to return for some of the premium features and to make the maintenance of Go VPN while providing long term support to the users possible, users may choose to be a peer on the SOAX Network in exchange for safely internet access shared with mentioned network. By doing so you agree to have read and accepted the Terms of Service of SOAX Legal. 

Users may opt-out of the network from the settings menu inside the application. The information collected is generic in nature and does not contain any personally identifying information.

Updates To Our Policy

We may amend or update our Privacy Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as amended, you must stop using our Services. Please review our Privacy Policy from time to time.
